These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j118.club ("j118", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j118 website located at https://j118.club and all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated or summarised version and the English original, the English text shall prevail.

To register and use j118, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

j118 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe entitles j118 to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold withdrawals pending compliance review.

You are solely responsible for:

j118 staff will never request your password by any means including email, live chat, telephone, or WhatsApp. Any communication purporting to be from j118 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to j118 support immediately.

j118 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior notice will be provided via the registered email address before dormancy closure, where reasonably practicable.

j118 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to verification requirements.
• j118 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard required documents include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa within 1–6 hours for verified accounts; bank transfers within 1–3 business days. These are indicative timeframes, not contractual guarantees.
• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• j118 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• j118 reserves the right to impose temporary withdrawal holds pending account verification, fraud investigation, or suspected bonus abuse.

All funds held in j118 accounts are held in trust for the account holder. j118 does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not insured against j118 insolvency.

j118 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters covered therein.

General bonus conditions applicable to all j118 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20× the bonus amount before withdrawal, unless a different requirement is specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after satisfying the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• j118 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotional terms have been abused, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or multi-accounting.
• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered users only. j118 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility at its discretion.

All bets placed on j118 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game type selected. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the j118 system. j118 does not accept cancellation requests on settled bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• j118 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published in error due to technical failure or human error. Users will be notified of such voidance and stakes refunded.
• In-play betting decisions are final once the relevant event has concluded, subject to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• j118 casino games — including live dealer games and RNG-based titles — operate under the rules set by the respective game suppliers. j118 accepts no liability for game malfunctions caused by the game supplier's systems.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change without advance notice.
• j118 reserves the right to limit the stake size or restrict access to specific markets for any account without providing a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j118 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mis-priced odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or exploit house-edge differentials.
• Colluding with other users at live tables or in poker-format games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity via the Platform.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any other person to use your j118 account.
• Accessing j118 from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law.

j118 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraudulent activity is confirmed, forfeited in full.

j118 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from Account Settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at configurable intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or per period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from all j118 services, effective immediately upon request and non-reversible for the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j118 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Malfunctions in third-party game software that cause games to perform other than as intended, where such malfunction originates from the game supplier's systems.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform, regardless of foreseeability.
• Losses arising from decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or match data.

Nothing in these Terms limits j118's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

j118 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j118 will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j118's operating jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, j118 encourages users to contact the support team directly. The majority of account-related disputes are resolved at the first-contact stage when sufficient information is provided.

Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game round being settled. Claims submitted after this period will not ordinarily be considered.
